A number of tactics have been and are employed by feminism to influence women away from both their traditional role as well as their chosen path.

Their major attack is on the family and a woman's role as wife and mother. Marriage has been a natural goal for both men and women who wish to live together  and subsequently have a family. Marriage itself has been society's way of both recognizing this vital institution as well as it forming the basis of the proper organization, support and regulation of the institution. 

Marriage and the family are the corner stone and foundation of a properly ordered society. It can clearly be seen today how the deliberate destruction of marriage brought about by both rampant divorce itself powered by the corruption of the process as well as cohabitation and the rise in state supported illegitimacy now represented by 50% of all annual live births being in this category.

At one end divorce and the alleged freedom it brings women financed by the entrapped husband and at the other illegitimacy of course financed through the benefit system satisfies the alleged right women have to bring children into the world usually without a permanent father figure being present. Both meet feminist ideals and philosophy. 

The home as marriage is focused on by the feminist spotlight. Expressions like being chained to the kitchen sink are used to try and persuade women that this is their lot when they are married and the home is portrayed as a form of prison. 

Another aspect of the home that is now appearing relates to costing the work women do in it. Never mentioned of course from a cost point of view is the work that men do in the home.  The illusion to be portrayed is that men do nothing in the home and women do everything. If that were true B&Q, Homebase and all the other diy stores would not exist. 

An aspect of trying to gain acceptance for the stated for and conveniently inflated equivalent financial value of women's work is to ultimately get this built into divorce settlements to increase the amount wives who engineer divorce petitions for financial gain will be able to extort from the husband.

Men must remain vigilant regarding this matter because doubtless at some time in the future an attempt might be made to implant this in the matter of guaranteed financial settlements for wives irrespective of their conduct. 

Many will be familiar with the constant drip drip attesting to the alleged increasing educational performance of girls over boys. The attempt here is to provide the illusion that boys are being left behind in the dumbed down scholastic arena of today. It will be no surprise to learn that up to the midway point through senior education this has always been so. However from the mid point of senior education and then onwards through University the performance indicator reverses. Boys then overtake girls. 

There are a number of factors that contribute here not least amongst them being the difference in career attitude of the two genders. Feminism has to provide the illusion that the economic powerhouse is increasingly being taken over by women who now possess the skills previously held by men. The powerhouse base has in the past been manufacturing. Political destruction over the last 30 years has seen the manufacturing base weakened and the skills and employment lost forever. What we do not see is any significant increase in women seeking employment in those disciplines through their alleged educational superiority.

The work place has changed from being a wealth creating platform previously free  from Government interference to one that is being over taxed to provide the lubrication for a socially secure marxist directed state. Part of this transformation involves a form of sanitization to make it feminist friendly.  Since part of the feminist ideology is to persuade us that all women are career/work bent then there must be no barriers to them achieving  what is described as managerial status. Achieving this status then would enable feminist influence to spread. Any barrier to perceived upward progress is referred to as the "glass ceiling" it allegedly having been put in place by male management.  

Advancement in work for both men and women requires that a combination of qualification and aptitude blend with skills that demonstrate the ability to both lead and manage. With so few women interested in a career based working life then there have been proportionately fewer women seeking advancement. This fact has robbed the feminists of recruits. The reaction has been therefore to almost demand  that there should be an automatic fast track to higher office with scant disregard for the necessity of qualification or experience.  The terms used to achieve the objective are affirmative action and positive discrimination. 

A very visible form of this manipulation took place within the Labour Party before the last General Election where constituency procedures were bent to put forward Parliamentary candidates for election based solely on gender.  This blatant manipulation was challenged and found to be illegal. Despite this Parliament was allegedly enriched by the arrival of a large number of what was described as "Blair's Babes". This was followed by the attempt to make Parliament a family creche  and supermarket empathetic body rather than enhance its prime purpose of being the source of the bringing forward of law which supports the proper governance of our country which cannot itself function with a 9 to 5 mentality.

Activity like affirmative action and positive discrimination are both insulting and demeaning to women. Those who are qualified, experienced and ambitious do not need an artificial prop to assist their aspirations. Their own skills are sufficient as is demonstrated by those women who have achieved higher office and we see about us.
